Honestly, I'm very chill about this part. You can pretty much do whatever you want to Leo. All I ask is that you ask me before you kill/injure/completely humiliate him.
What can Leo do to you?
Okay kids! This is the part of the show that actually requires effort! Despite his appearance, Leo is a ninja, which means he is stealthy to the point of being able to appear almost invisible without the use of any powers or other supernatural abilities. As a ninja, he uses these talents to infiltrate secure locations and spy on people, which is where this post comes in.
Can Leo spy on you? Being something of an honourable schmuck, Leo won't spy on just anyone he sees. He'll only do it if he feels he has a good reason, or if he thinks your character is up to no good. And if he ever feels that he has to spy on your character or otherwise use his super-stealthy ninja-ness, I'll obviously run it past you via AIM, plurk, or PM. This post is just to gauge who would be willing to have something like this happen.
As you might have probably guessed though, his stealth-check isn't perfect. Extremely observational characters might be able to notice him since all he's really doing is just hiding himself really well, and other characters might get a feeling like they're being watched, whereas he'd be completely useless against paranoid characters with telepathy. And of course, Leo has his rarebut awesome clumsy moments. Sometimes beehives are involved. It's not pretty.
